Risk Intelligence Solutions and Consultancy, RISC , is a local and regional professional advisory services and software solutions provider covering regulatory compliance, risk management and business intelligence for corporates, retail, financial institutions and regulators.
Our story and history
RISC was founded in the summer of 2017 as a result of strong demand for IFRS, Basel III and Solvency II International guideline adoption expertise in the local and regional financial sector.
The three RISC founders had at the time approximately 60 years of experience together in advisory services in banking, finances, risk-management, data analytics and process automation. That combination formed the basis for our services and software solutions we provide today.

Felix Van Rooy
Founder, Business Analyst
Felix has 35+ years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Banking and Regulatory Compliance, fulfilling operational, management and advisory roles in Europe and locally. He is also our main brain behind ICE, our IFRS 9 Calculation Engine.

Arthur Dania
Founder, Business Analyst
Arthur has 20+ years of experience in Finance, Banking Risk and Regulatory Compliance, fulfilling advisory, management and trainer roles in locally, USA and Europe. He is our lead business development specialist.

Tung Wa Ho
Founder, Business Analyst and Business Intelligence Specialist
Tung has 15+ years of experience in Finance and Business Intelligence, fulfilling operational, management and advisory roles both locally and in Europe. He is our lead advisor of all Business Intelligence and process automation projects.

Anna Craane
Business Intelligence Consultant
Anna is a seasoned business analyst specializing in finance, retail, and public sector, with over 5 years of experience in advisory roles in the Dutch Caribbean. She provides valuable insights and guidance using her expertise in business intelligence, report automation, and IT-related exercises. She contributes significantly to the development of our Capital Provisioning Application (CAP), streamlining capital provisioning processes and enhancing financial management. Anna's expertise in data analysis and software development creates a robust system that meets client needs.
